So i walked out of group this morning. I am not sorry about it either. My couselor has so much great things that have helped me. but today i felt like i was in the pressence of a Dictator. It made no sense at all. I felt like people were being abused mentally and the information that was given contradicted its self so much i could sit there n listen anymore. I was mindful of what was going on. outside n inside myself
